What The Quality XPerience Guarantee covers
- Your tickets will be valid for entry
- Your tickets will be delivered in time for the event
- Your order will be accurate
- If an event is canceled, you will receive a refund or credit
- If there’s an issue with your purchase, we’ll work to replace your tickets with ones of equal or better quality.
Your tickets will be valid for entry
XP works with trusted ticket sellers. If your tickets aren’t valid for entry, you’ll get your money back.
You will receive your tickets in time for the event
We guarantee that tickets will be delivered to you before the event starts, or you’ll receive a refund.
If you place an order within 4 hours of the event start time, tickets will be and processed as quickly as possible, and availability may be closer to the event start.
Your order will be accurate
The tickets you receive will match what you purchased, or be better.
If there’s an issue, we’ll either:
- Replace your tickets with comparable or better ones, or
- Refund your order
If tickets have already been delivered, we may ask you to return them to XP before issuing replacements or a refund.
If the event is canceled
If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, you’ll receive a full refund or credit.
- If an event is rescheduled, your tickets will remain valid for the new date.
- If they’re not valid, we’ll issue replacement tickets.
What if my tickets are invalid at the venue?
If you’re denied entry, contact XP Customer Care as soon as possible at 877-780-9797.
We’ll work with the seller and the venue to understand the issue and determine whether replacement tickets or a refund is appropriate.
To be covered under the guarantee, you must contact XP Customer Care within 72 hours of the event.
