Mobile Tickets
(also known as Mobile Transfer, Mobile Entry, or Electronic Transfer tickets)
Mobile tickets are the most common ticket type.
These tickets:
- Are delivered digitally
- Appear in an app on your phone
- Are transferred to you through the original ticketing platform (such as Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, MLB Ballpark, Dice, or similar services)
Once the seller transfers your tickets, you’ll typically receive an email with instructions to accept them or log in to the primary ticketing platform to access them.
You’ll need a smartphone (iPhone or Android) to present these tickets at the event.
AXS Tickets
(sometimes call Flash Seats tickets)
AXS tickets are a type of mobile ticket issued through the AXS platform.
These tickets:
- Appear in the AXS app
- Are transferred directly to your AXS account
You’ll usually receive an email with instructions to create or log in to an AXS account to access your tickets. A mobile device is required for entry.
Mobile QR Tickets
Mobile QR tickets are digital tickets with a QR code that must be shown on your phone for entry.
- These tickets should not be printed
- A mobile device is required at the venue
- Screenshots may not be accepted at some venues
E-Tickets
(also known as PDF tickets)
E-tickets are PDF files that include a QR code or barcode.
These tickets can usually be:
- Displayed on your phone, or
- Printed and scanned at the venue
If you choose to print your tickets, make sure the barcode or QR code is clear and readable.
Mobile Link Tickets
(also called as transferless tickets)
Mobile Link tickets are accessed through a secure link rather than a ticketing app.
These tickets:
- Open in a mobile browser
- Display a QR code or barcode for entry
- Must be shown on a mobile device (printed copies are usually not accepted)
Mobile Link tickets are often used by professional ticket sellers to protect ticket access and availability. These tickets may be hosted by services such as securemypass.com, securemypass.co, verified-ticket.com, walletpass.net, or similar platforms.
