You can request an offer for your tickets by submitting your ticket details via XP’s iOS app or online at xp.tickets/sell.
When will I receive my offer?
After submitting your ticket details:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email right away
- XP reviews submissions during business hours (9:00am–5:00pm ET, Monday through Friday)
- Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an update by email or in the XP app. Depending on your submission, this may include:
- Confirmation that your tickets are eligible and your offer window has opened
- Your best and final offer with instructions on how to accept
- A request for more information, e.g. proof of purchase
- A notice that your tickets aren’t eligible for an offer

How is my offer calculated?
XP determines offers based on several factors, including:
- Current supply and demand
- Time remaining until the event
- Seat location
- Number of tickets
Offers reflect market conditions during the offer window, and may be higher or lower than original face value.
XP Offers is built for fans who prioritize speed and simplicity over managing a traditional resale listing. If your main goal is getting the highest possible resale price, listing your tickets on a marketplace may be a better fit.

- Submitting tickets does not guarantee an offer
- XP reviews eligibility and pricing on a case-by-case basis
- XP may request proof of purchase before opening an offer window or finalizing an offer
- Offers may be declined or withdrawn before ticket transfer is complete
