XP Offers helps fans quickly and easily sell tickets without managing a traditional resale listing — no listing, no waiting for a buyer, no hassle.
Here’s what to expect when you submit tickets through XP Offers.
1. Submit your ticket details
If you’re using an iPhone, we recommend submitting your ticket details through the XP iOS app, available in the App Store. The app will guide you through the submission process and show updates on your offer.
If you’re not using the app, you can still submit your ticket details at xp.tickets/sell
After you submit, XP reviews your ticket details to determine whether your tickets are eligible for an offer.
Submissions are reviewed Monday through Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm ET. You’ll typically be notified of your eligibility decision within 24 hours.
2. Receive an offer within 24 hours
If your tickets are eligible, XP will open an offer window for your submission.
During this window, your offer may increase over several hours as new offers come in. You’ll only see an updated offer when it is higher than your current highest offer.
You can choose to pass on your latest offer without ending your submission. If a higher offer comes in before the window closes, you’ll still see it.
You can also choose to accept your highest offer anytime before the offer window closes.
Once the offer window closes, you’ll see your best and final offer. This is the highest offer received for your tickets.
3. Accept the offer and transfer your tickets
If you choose to accept your final offer, you’ll transfer your tickets to the buyer using the instructions provided.
You are under no obligation to accept your offer. Your tickets remain yours until the transfer is complete and verified.
4. Get paid
Once your ticket transfer is received and verified, your payout will appear in your XP Account.
Funds remain locked until 48 hours after the event takes place, at which point they’ll display as “Ready to Claim” in your XP Account.
From there, you can:
- Withdraw your funds directly to your bank account, PayPal, or Venmo
- Use them toward buying tickets on XP
Important to know:
You’re never required to accept an offer. Your tickets remain yours until transfer and verification are complete.
