XP Offers is only available for certain ticket types. XP reviews each submission before deciding whether to open an offer window.
Submissions are reviewed Monday through Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm ET, and sellers are typically notified of their eligibility decision within 24 hours.
Tickets that are eligible
To be eligible for XP Offers, your tickets must:
- Be for an event starting at least 72 hours in the future
- Be mobile transfer tickets (for example: Ticketmaster, AXS, SeatGeek, MLB Ballpark)
- Be consecutive seats in the same row and section (if selling more than one ticket)
Additional eligibility notes:
- Tickets from Paciolan, DICE.fm, and E-Tix aren't eligible at this time
In some cases, XP may ask for proof of purchase before making an offer.
Tickets that are not eligible
XP Offers does not extend offers for:
- Tickets to events starting in less than 72 hours
- Tickets that can't be reliably verified
- Physical tickets, including:
- Festival wristbands
- Printed PDF tickets
- Will call tickets
- Ticket groups that span different rows or sections
- Complimentary or restricted tickets (for example, Tickets for Good or similar programs)
- Event add-ons: Tickets that do not include full access to the event and/or require additional tickets for attendance

XP reviews each submission on a case-by-case basis. Submitting ticket details does not guarantee an offer.
XP may:
- Decide whether tickets are eligible
- Ask for proof of purchase
- Decline to make an offer
- Withdraw an offer before ticket transfer is complete
